Art from the Heart

The word Mandala derives from the ancient language of Sanskrit. Loosely translated, it means Circle with Essence. The Mandala has been a tool used in a range of religious and cultural meditations and contemplative practices pre dating the 12th Century.

About Keesha
As a child, I loved drawing and coloring geometric shapes. But as I grew up, I lost touch with this talent. In my twenties, I learned how to meditate, which started my journey of personal growth. Now, I help others as an Energy and Sound Healer, Psychic intuitive reader, Meditation facilitator, Counsellor, and Yoga teacher. I have a special ability to sense the energy of people and places, and I enjoy inspiring others to develop their intuition.
In 2007, I started creating Mandalas after painting a garden shed for a friend. I was inspired by a circular shape on the cement and began composing a Mandala. I let my intuition guide me, and something beautiful unfolded. My intention was to create a sense of love for the family and their visitors, and people have since commented on how peaceful they feel in the presence of this Mandala.
Since then, I have been creating Mandalas on canvas for individuals. I have also made large wall Mandala Murals for Yoga centers, businesses, and private homes. Before I start each painting, I focus on the person and what they need to see. It's as if the essence of their soul comes forth within the Mandala, bringing their dreams and strengths to life. Seeing the recipient's reaction when they see their completed Mandala is a great honor and joy for me. I feel blessed to be a part of this artistic and spiritual journey.
